NOT fully subscribed until you click on the confirmation link in this email
(which
also gives you the chance to panic and change your mind!).

some spam blockers on their mailboxes will need to

And please remember that if you change your email address, you'll need
to
re-subscribe with the new address - otherwise we can't find you!
Of course, it's easy to unsubscribe,
too. But why would you want to, once you've
